Cortical Linguistics
Abstract
The main research problem concerning language acquisition arises through the uncertainty of explanations for biological brain structures, general representation of information and learning processes. In spite of the great mass of empirical investigations the brain as underlying structure is not really involved in language acquisiton research and learning processes in this field remain unsolved.
If we accept the basics for representation and learning processes proposed within the project "cortical linguistics" natural first language acquisition is particular in so far as it takes place in a cortex which is on a large scale not yet occupied by informational contents.
As a consequence of this a specific course of acquisition is observable in all natural languages and this is to explain by linguistic effort.
